Thank you for your interest in our rental products and services. To help with your party planning process, we have compiled a list of common party rental questions below. You can click on the question related to your inquiry and get a detailed answer. While this is just a partial list, we know you may not find what you're looking for here. Q.Do I need to put a deposit down?
A.In order to hold a reservation, a deposit of 25% of the total rental amount is required to secure the reservation. Deposits may vary for Schools, Churches, County/City, and corporate events. The balance is due up to 1 day before the scheduled event date.
Q.What is your cancellation policy?
A.If a cancellation is made within 14 days of the event, any payments made beyond the deposit amount will not be refunded. However, the deposit and any other payments will be converted into a raincheck/credit, which can be used for a future rental within one calendar year from the cancellation date. Any Full Payments cancelled more than 14 days before the event will be issued a refund, minus the Deposit and 4% Processing Fee.
Q.Partial Cancelation
A.If you choose to cancel partial of your rental, 14 days prior to your rental date. 25% of the product price that you chose to cancel would be nonrefundable.
Q.What time do I enter as my start time? When will you deliver?
A.Select the Start and end time of your party. Most of our Backyard Residential set ups are for an entire day. Delivered before noon and picked up next morning before noon. Unless same day pick up is required or needed. (8pm is the latest collection time) The time you enter into your quote/order is the time we are guaranteed to have the inflatable up and running by (we require a three-hour delivery window to guarantee this time). We start our routes at 8:00 AM

Q.Are you Insured?
A.Yes! We are fully insured and would love to send over a copy of our Certificate of Insurance. If your organization needs to be listed as an additional insured, we would be happy to send it over it over within 48 hours of request.
Q.Are your rentals clean?
A.Yes! All of our units are cleaned thoroughly. We are committed to making sure that your children are playing in a clean, well maintained, and safe environment. After each rental, every unit is thoroughly cleaned by commercial vinyl cleaners, disinfected, and sanitized. Once the unit is clean, it will be inspected to ensure cleanliness.
Q.Do you deliver to other cities?
A.Yes, please be aware that due to rising gas prices and the possible need for an extra truck and labor that travel fees can be quite high. Please call our office for a current quote.
Q.Do you deliver to parks?
A.Yes! We require generators for all park events as well as a park fee o. Our blowers are very strong and need proper power to operate at full capacity. Each generator has 4 outlets, so please confirm with a representative on the amount of generators needed. If you need a certificate of insurance, please let us know and we will get it to you within 48 hours.
Q.Does the rental have to be set up on grass?
A.Our inflatables can be set up on grass, cement, concrete, asphalt, or even indoors with a different anchoring system available for every possible combination. When placing your reservation, please let us know on what type of terrain your rental will be installed. Inflatables that are setup on grass are anchored with long steel stakes, while inflatables that are setup on other surfaces or indoors are anchored with sandbags.
Q.Do your units contain any lead in the vinyl and are they safe?
A.All of our units are made from 100% lead free vinyl. Safety is not an option, it’s a REQUIREMENT, and the safety of your children is our #1 priority.
Q.Do We have to keep it plugged in the entire time?
A.Yes. A blower keeps air in the jump unit the entire time. Once unplugged they deflate. That's why we require an outlet within 50 feet of the unit or a generator. Longer cords can pop your circuit breaker, so we bring our own heavy-duty cords.
Q.What payments do you take?
A.Cash or Credit Cards. If paying by cash, please notify us before hand and have exact change as our drivers do not carry cash.
Q.Do I need a Generator?
A.Inflatables are powered by our electric cord and blower.
 
Generators are only recommended if there is no electric outlet within 50 ft from set up area.
 
Generators are a great choice for park or homes with limited power or if your renting multiple inflatables
Q.What's Next after I Book?
A.You will receive a confirmation email of your booking details; we will follow up with you the day before your event to prepare you your rental. We will also be in contact throughout the rental period.
