By booking with Yazmin's Party Rentals LLC, the Lessee agrees to the following:

• The Lessee confirms they have the legal right to use the property where equipment will be placed.
• The Lessee agrees to provide a safe environment and ensure continuous supervision by competent adults at all times.
• The Lessee takes full responsibility for following all rules of use, setup requirements, and safety precautions.
• Attendants designated by the Lessee must be 18 years or older, sober, and fully familiar with equipment operation.
• No single attendant may supervise more than one piece of equipment at a time.
• Designation of attendants does not transfer liability away from the Lessee.

The Lessee acknowledges that rental activities carry both known and unanticipated risks including falling, slipping, colliding, broken bones, and in extreme cases, serious injury or death. The Lessee assumes full responsibility for all participants.

• A $25-75% non-refundable deposit is required to hold your reservation. Deposits may vary for schools, churches, city/county, and corporate events.
• The remaining balance is due at least 1-5 day before your scheduled event date.
• Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied as a raincheck/credit valid for up to one year from the cancellation date.
• Cancellations must be made at least 21 days in advance. Cancellations within 21 days forfeit all payments beyond the deposit, which will be converted to a credit.

An optional Residential Equipment Damage Waiver is available for 7–15% of your rental fee. This waiver covers unintentional damage to equipment during your rental period.

Repairs can average $100–$5,000 per incident. The Lessee is fully responsible for any damage not covered by the waiver.

• The Lessee must ensure a grounded electrical outlet (115V / 20A) is available within 50–100 feet of each piece of equipment. No refunds will be issued for electrical unavailability.
• Generators are available from Yazmin's Party Rentals LLC at an additional charge.
• If no suitable location is found at our sole discretion, the equipment will not be used and no refund will be issued.
• The Lessee agrees to contactless delivery and pickup and authorizes access to the property at the agreed times.
• If the designated placement location is unsuitable upon arrival, a relocation fee of up to $200 may apply.
• The Lessee is responsible for informing delivery staff of any buried utilities, sprinkler lines, or obstructions. Yazmin's Party Rentals LLC is not liable for damage to underground systems.

• Units must be set up on a smooth, flat, clear surface with a minimum 5-foot clearance on all sides.
• Equipment must remain properly anchored at all times. Anchors may only be adjusted by Yazmin's Party Rentals LLC staff.
• Units may not be relocated by the Lessee after setup.
• All users must be of similar size and strength. Follow posted capacity limits on each unit.
• No adults on bounce houses or combo units — designed for children 13 and under only.
• Remove shoes, eyeglasses, jewelry, and sharp objects before entering any inflatable.
• No flips, wrestling, roughhousing, or running in the same direction.
• No face paint, silly string, food, drinks, confetti, glitter, or similar items in or near inflatables. Cleaning fees range from $150–$1,000 per unit.
• A dry unit must remain dry. Unauthorized water use results in an automatic $150 cleaning charge.
• Persons who are pregnant, physically impaired, wearing casts, or have heart conditions may not use inflatables.
• We reserve the right to immediately retrieve equipment without refund if rules are not followed.

• Never enter or allow users in a partially inflated or deflating unit.
• Never operate units during high winds (over 20 mph), thunderstorms, or lightning. Cease use immediately until conditions are safe.
• Do not plug/unplug the blower motor repeatedly — this can cause burnout and the Lessee will be charged for replacement.
• Never place a hose or water on any unit unless specifically authorized by Yazmin's Party Rentals LLC.
• Always have a supervising adult present who has reviewed this agreement and all posted rules.
• For water slides: always slide feet-first, face forward, seated. Do not jump from the top or slide face-down. One rider at a time.
• No animals of any kind are allowed in or around rented units.
• Alterations to water/mister hoses result in an automatic $25 charge. Any return service call incurs a $75–$100 travel charge.

• Each incident of fireworks-related damage incurs a minimum $400 repair fee.
• If an inflatable is beyond repair, the Lessee is liable for the full replacement cost, including shipping, handling, lost rental income, and associated fees.
• Any damage caused by fireworks is solely the Lessee's responsibility.

To the extent permitted by Texas State Law, the Lessee agrees to:

• Hold harmless and indemnify Yazmin's Party Rentals LLC, its agents, and representatives from any injury or property damage resulting from use of rented equipment.
• Be liable for all attorney fees and costs incurred by Yazmin's Party Rentals LLC in connection with any dispute arising from this agreement.
• Accept full financial responsibility for any damaged or destroyed equipment, including repair or full replacement cost.
• Cease operations immediately and contact us in the event of any accident or emergency.

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to resolve matters under Texas State Law without filing a lawsuit, where possible.
