This tent is delivered and set up the day before your scheduled event, and picked up the day after — a bit different from our standard tents, since the added walls take extra install time.

A 25% deposit secures your date. The remaining balance is due before or on the day of delivery. Price is subject to tax and a delivery fee.

Give us at least 24 hours notice and we'll reschedule at no extra cost — your deposit transfers to the new date.

The listed price includes setup on grass. For turf, asphalt, or concrete, please contact our office — we'll make sure the right equipment is used, and pricing may vary.

We recommend booking 2–4 weeks ahead, especially for spring and summer weekends.

Yes — we're licensed and insured and can provide a COI for venues, parks, schools, HOAs, and churches within 24 hours of your request.
