Approximate Table & Seating Capacity

Depending on your table style and event layout, a 20' x 60' tent can accommodate approximately:

• 6' Rectangular Tables: Approximately 15–18 tables — comfortably seats approximately 90–120 guests, depending on whether 6–8 guests are seated per table.

• 8' Rectangular Tables: Up to approximately 15 tables — seats approximately 120 guests at 8 guests per table.

• 60" Round Tables: Approximately 10–12 tables — seats approximately 80–96 guests at 8 guests per table.

Important Seating Information

Seating capacities are approximate and based primarily on guest tables and chairs.

Adding additional event features will reduce the number of guests that can comfortably be seated, including:

• Dance floors

• DJ or entertainment areas

• Buffet and catering tables

• Bars

• Stages

• Cake or gift tables

• Photo booths

• Larger aisles and walkways

Rental Period

Your tent rental includes a 1–5 day rental period.

For most events:

Delivery & Setup: Approximately 1–2 days before your event

Tear Down & Pickup: Approximately 1–2 days after your event

Exact delivery and pickup dates are scheduled according to the event date, location, weather conditions, and delivery routes.

Setup & Tear Down Included

The listed rental price includes professional setup and tear down for standard grass installations.

Please Note: Pricing is subject to change for setups on turf, concrete, asphalt, or other surfaces requiring alternative anchoring, additional weights, or equipment.

Tables, chairs, sidewalls, lighting, dance floors, flooring, and other event accessories are available separately.
