Our 30x45 frame tent gives you 1,350 square feet of open space with no center poles, so you can arrange tables, a buffet, or a cocktail setup however you like. Delivery, setup, and pickup
- 1 to 2 days before your event: our crew delivers and installs the tent, so you have time to decorate.
- Event day: your tent is ready. Nothing to set up.
- 1 to 2 days after: we take it down and haul it away.
The price includes setup on grass. Concrete, asphalt, and turf need different anchoring and cost extra. Please call before booking if your setup isn't on grass.
Add-ons to complete your setup
- Tent walls: solid white for privacy and a clean look, or cathedral window walls to let natural light in.
- Lighting: globe string lights for a warm glow, or chandeliers for a more formal look.
- Tables and chairs: banquet, round, and cocktail tables with your choice of chairs.
- Dance floors: we'll help you plan the layout so everything fits.

Common questions
Should I get a 30x45 or a 30x60 tent?
The 30x45 works well for up to about 108 guests at banquet tables, or 72 at round tables. If you're adding a dance floor, a buffet line, or more guests, the 30x60 gives you 450 more square feet.
How far ahead should I book?
As soon as you have your date. Weekends in spring, summer, and fall book up first, especially for weddings and quinceañeras.
Are sidewalls included?
No, walls are an add-on. Solid and cathedral window walls are both available. Just add them to your quote.
What happens if it rains or gets windy?
The tent keeps rain and sun off your guests, and walls add protection from wind-driven rain. If severe weather is in the forecast, call us and we'll go over your options.
Can you set up on concrete or a parking lot?
Yes, but hard surfaces need a different anchoring method and cost extra. Call us before booking so we can confirm pricing.
