40' × 40' High-Peak Pole Tent Rental

Create a comfortable and elegant outdoor space with our 40' × 40' high-peak pole tent. Offering approximately 1,600 square feet of covered space, this tent is an excellent choice for weddings, graduation parties, corporate events, school functions, quinceañeras, and backyard celebrations.

The tall center peaks create a spacious, upscale appearance while providing shade and protection from light rain. Optional lighting, sidewalls, window walls, tables, chairs, linens, heaters, and other event accessories can be added to complete your setup.

Recommended Seating Capacity

• Round tables: Approximately 96–128 guests

• 8-foot rectangular tables: Approximately 120–160 guests

• Ceremony-style seating: Up to approximately 180 guests

• With a dance floor, buffet, or bar: Approximately 80–110 guests

Seating capacity may vary depending on the table arrangement, dance-floor size, buffet area, and other equipment placed under the tent. Our team can help you select the best layout for your event.

Rental Period and Installation

The listed price includes professional installation on grass and a one-to-five-day rental period. Tents are typically installed one to two days before the scheduled event date and collected one to two days after the event. Exact installation and collection dates are determined by our delivery schedule, weather conditions, and property access.

Surface Requirements

Pole tents must be installed on a suitable grass surface because stakes are driven into the ground to secure the tent properly. If your setup area has artificial turf, asphalt, or concrete, please contact us before booking. A different tent style or an alternative anchoring method may be required, and additional charges may apply. Please Contact us if your set up will not take place on grass.
