40' x 60' High Peak Tent Rental – Seats Up to 240 Guests

Create an impressive covered event space with our 40' x 60' High Peak Tent Rental. With approximately 2,400 square feet of covered space, this tent is a beautiful option for weddings, corporate events, school functions, church events, graduations, festivals, and other large celebrations.

The elegant high-peak design provides a spacious, open feel while giving your event a polished and professional appearance.

Approximate Table & Seating Capacity

Depending on your preferred table style and layout, a 40' x 60' tent can accommodate approximately:

• 6' Rectangular Tables: Up to 30 tables — approximately 180–240 guests, depending on whether 6 or 8 guests are seated per table.

• 8' Rectangular Tables: Up to 30 tables — approximately 240 guests at 8 guests per table.

• 60" Round Tables: Approximately 20–24 tables — approximately 160–192 guests at 8 guests per table.

Important Seating Information

These capacities are based primarily on tables and guest seating. Adding other event features will reduce the number of guests that can comfortably be seated.

Additional space may be needed for:

• Dance floors

• DJ or entertainment areas

• Buffet and catering tables

• Bars

• Stages

• Cake and gift tables

• Photo booths

• Larger walkways or aisles

Our team can help determine the appropriate tent size based on your guest count and event layout.

Rental Period

Your tent rental includes a 1–5 day rental period.

For most events, we schedule:

Delivery & Setup: Approximately 1–2 days before your event

Tear Down & Pickup: Approximately 1–2 days after your event

Delivery and pickup dates are scheduled based on event date, location, weather, and our delivery routes.

Setup & Tear Down Included

The listed rental price includes professional setup and tear down for standard grass installations.

Please Note: Pricing is subject to change for installations on concrete, asphalt, turf, or other surfaces that require alternative anchoring or additional equipment.

Tables, chairs, sidewalls, lighting, flooring, dance floors, and other event accessories may be added separately.
