Rental Information

Our tent rentals are typically available for 1–5 days.

Large tents are normally delivered and professionally installed 1–2 days before your event and removed 1–2 days afterward, depending on our delivery schedule and route availability.

This gives you additional time before the event for decorating and preparing your space.

Professional Setup & Teardown

Standard pricing includes professional tent installation and removal on grass.

Setups on:

• Concrete

• Asphalt

• Turf

• Other hard surfaces

may require additional anchoring equipment, concrete blocks, or additional labor and may have an additional installation charge.

Please confirm your setup surface when requesting your quote.

Space Needed for Installation

Although the tent measures 40x80 feet, your installation area needs to be larger than 40x80.

Additional space surrounding the tent is necessary for proper staking, anchoring, installation equipment, and crew access.

Before booking, please make sure the setup area is:

• Mostly level

• Clear of low tree branches

• Clear of fences and buildings that could interfere with installation

• Accessible for our installation crew

• Free from underground utilities where stakes will be installed
