Rental Period
Your rental includes a one- to five-day period. Tents are typically installed one to two days before your event and collected one to two days after, depending on our delivery schedule, weather, and property access.
Setup-Surface Requirements
The package price includes professional setup on a suitable grass surface, where the tent can be safely staked and secured. Installation on concrete, asphalt, or artificial turf requires additional equipment and anchoring — please contact us before booking so we can confirm your surface and provide accurate pricing.
Pricing & Reservations
A 25% deposit secures your date and package. The remaining balance is due before your event.
Advertised pricing is subject to applicable sales tax, delivery fees, and damage-waiver fees, which are calculated based on your event location and order details. Your final total will appear on your official quote or rental agreement.
