Space, power, and installation
The tent is 40x80, but the installation area has to be bigger. Plan for about 50 ft x 90 ft so our crew has room for the stakes, anchoring system, and required safety clearances. Before you book, make sure the area is:
- Mostly level
- Clear of low tree branches
- Clear of fences and buildings that could get in the way
- Reachable by our installation crew
- Free of underground utilities where stakes will go
Tent lighting and the sound system need power. Tell us about outlet access when you request your quote, and ask about generators if there's none nearby.
