How it works
1. Pick your event date above to check availability.
2. Reserve your date. A 25% deposit holds it.
3. We set up 1–2 days before your event, so you have time to decorate.
4. We collect everything 1–2 days after your event.
Exact set-up and pick-up days depend on our delivery schedule and route.
Setup surface and delivery
Setup on private-property grass is included. The delivery fee is additional and based on your location. Pricing changes for concrete, asphalt, artificial turf, and other non-grass surfaces, so please tell us where your event will be when you request a quote.
Want a look at your yard? Send us photos and measurements of the space and we'll confirm it works.
Space you need for installation
The tent is 40x80, but the setup area has to be bigger. Plan for about 50 ft x 90 ft so our crew has room to stake, anchor, and work. You'll also need access to 1 electrical outlet. Before you book, make sure the area is:
- Mostly level
- Clear of low tree branches
- Clear of fences and buildings that could get in the way
- Reachable by our installation crew
- Free of underground utilities where stakes will go
Make it your own
Final seating depends on your layout and the space you set aside for catering, a buffet, DJ, bar, or sweetheart table. If you need more, ask about adding items such as sidewalls, fans, heaters, generators, staging, cocktail tables, bars, or a larger dance floor.

How many guests does the package seat?
It's designed for about 150–200 guests. With 25 round tables and 200 chairs, the package can seat up to 200 at 8 per table. If you're adding a DJ, bar, buffet, and sweetheart table, plan for the lower end of that range.
Is delivery included?
Delivery is an additional fee based on your event location. Send us your address and we'll include it in your quote.
Can the tent go on concrete, asphalt, or turf?
Grass setup is included in the package price. For concrete, asphalt, artificial turf, or other non-grass surfaces, pricing changes, so call us before booking.
How far ahead should I book?
As early as you can, especially for weddings and other peak-season dates. Pick your date above to see if the package is open, and a 25% deposit holds it for you.
