The advertised package price includes professional setup and tear down on a grass surface where staking is permitted.

Concrete, Turf & Other Surfaces:
Setup on concrete, asphalt, artificial turf, or other non-stakeable surfaces may require additional equipment, anchoring, or weights and is subject to an additional setup charge. Please let us know your setup surface when booking so we can provide accurate pricing.

1–4 Day Rental:
This package includes a 1 to 4-day rental period. Tents are typically delivered and set up 1–2 days before the scheduled event date and collected 1–2 days after the scheduled event date, depending on our delivery and pickup schedule.

Additional tables, chairs, sidewalls, lighting, and other event rental items may be added to your package based on availability.
